If someone wants to record Keith's music and pay the mechanicals on the CD pressings, then who do you write to?

I know that the name of Keith Jarrett's publisher is Cavelight Music.  However, I can NOT find a contact/address by either email or snail mail for his publisher.

Does anyone know whom I should contact for this purpose?

(It would be greatly appreciated!)
